The canton makes minutes of the sessions of the Grand Council, government reports and important statistics available online as PDF files. These are not processed further. Therefore, 50 points are assigned.

Inclusiveness: There is a livestream of the parliamentary sessions . For this 5 points are assigned.

e-consultation
The canton does not have a digital tool for consultations. Materials can be submitted by e-mail. Therefore, 0 points are assigned.

Use: Consultations are held very regularly (20 times in the past year). For this 5 points are assigned.
In total, the canton receives 5 points.
e-demand
In the canton there is a non-partisan private e-petition platform. Therefore, 25 points are assigned.
In total, the canton receives 25 points.
e-ID
The canton has an e-government portal where you have to register with an e-ID (SwissID). ID verification is mandatory and can be done digitally (SwissID App). This is a new identification method used in the canton since january 2022 (similar to the e-government portal used in Jura). Therefore, 75 points are assigned.

Usability: The login is very intuitive via a central button. For this 5 points are assigned.

e-voting
There is currently no e-voting available in the canton. In the past, it was available to Swiss Abroad and individual pilot groups. Therefore, 50 points are assigned.
